The Anna University Engineering Colleges, Private
Engineering Colleges, Arts, Science Colleges and Government Colleges in
Tamilnadu state of all the Districts was closed from 15th March 2013 on for the
anti-Sri Lanka agitations.
The students of various colleges conducted the Hunger
Strike, meeting and campaign for demanding the Centre to vote against Sri Lanka
in the US backed resolution in the UNHRC.
The Tamilnadu Government had reported on 1st April 2013
after the meeting that all the Colleges will be reopened on 3rd April 2013,
Wednesday.
